BIART Bilişim ("BIART") is the data controller for personal data processed through this website under KVKK and GDPR. You can reach us at info@bi-art.com.tr or via the contact page.

Scope

This policy covers all public pages on bi-art.com.tr, the contact form, the career application form and the cookies used on the site.

Personal Data We Process

• Contact form: first name, last name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), message content
• Career application: first name, last name, email, phone, position applied for, CV file
• Technical data: IP address, browser information, visit timestamp (server logs, for security purposes)
• Analytics data: anonymized usage data collected by Google Analytics only if you consent

Purposes of Processing

• Respond to your inquiries and manage pre-contract processes
• Evaluate your application for open positions
• Maintain site security and detect abuse
• Improve site performance and user experience (only with your consent)

Legal Basis

Contact and career data are processed under KVKK Art.5/2-c (contract formation) and Art.5/2-f (legitimate interest); analytics cookies are processed under KVKK Art.5/1 and GDPR Art.6(1)(a) (explicit consent); security logs are processed under legitimate interest.

• Analytics cookies: standard Google Analytics retention (14 months)

• Request correction, deletion or erasure
